Your statutory rights
For consumer purchases governed by Spanish law, the seller is responsible for defects in conformity present at delivery that become apparent within three years of delivery.
Subject to the legal conditions, you may request repair or replacement free of charge, including necessary transport, labour and materials. A price reduction or termination of the purchase contract may be available in the circumstances provided by law. Remedies must be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience.
These rights apply independently of any additional commercial warranty. This page does not create an additional commercial warranty or limit mandatory consumer rights, including protections applicable in your country.
See the Spanish consumer protection legislation, particularly Articles 117–120 and 127.
Caring for your creation
- Store your bracelet separately in a soft pouch or its presentation case to avoid contact with other jewelry.
- Remove it before sport, swimming, household work or activities involving impact. Avoid contact with chlorine, household chemicals and abrasive products.
- For gentle surface care, use a clean, soft, lint-free cloth. Do not use toothpaste or abrasive polishing products. Ask the Maison for advice before deeper cleaning.
- Leave ultrasonic and steam cleaning to a qualified jewelry professional after assessment of the stones and settings.
- Handle the clasp and safety mechanism gently. Never force the opening or attempt to bend the bracelet. If a stone moves or the closure feels different, stop wearing the piece and contact the Maison.
For further general guidance, consult GIA’s diamond-care advice.
White gold and its rhodium finish
KELARE’s white-gold creations are rhodium plated. Treat the surface gently and contact the Maison for an assessment if you notice a change in its appearance or wish to discuss refinishing.
Normal wear and accidental damage are distinct from a lack of conformity. An assessment of the cause is necessary; care guidance does not remove your statutory rights.
Request assistance
Write to contact@maisonkelare.com with your name, the creation’s model, purchase details and a description of your concern. Photographs and the individual NCA number, if available, can help us understand your request.
Keep your purchase and provenance documents. Please contact the Maison before sending a creation, so that the appropriate handling and delivery arrangements can be discussed. For a purchase through a partner, you may also contact your seller.
For work outside statutory remedies, request an assessment and a quotation before authorising any paid intervention.
