Who is responsible?
KELARE JOYAS EXCLUSIVAS, S.L., Sociedad Unipersonal, NIF B56296304, is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Write to Avda. Cardenal Benlloch 45, 5ª planta, 46021 Valencia, Spain, or contact@maisonkelare.com.
What we collect and why
We receive the information you provide in inquiries, appointment requests, Private Circle registrations and Gold Book contributions, including your name, email address, preferences, message and, where applicable, coin code. Required fields are marked in the forms; without them we may be unable to respond. Please avoid sensitive information and unnecessary details about other people.
- Purchase and appointment inquiries: to take steps you request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- General questions, Private Circle requests and privately submitted stories: our legitimate interest in responding and managing the relationship you initiate (Article 6(1)(f)). We consider your reasonable expectations and you may object.
- Future newsletters and invitations: your separate, optional consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you. Withdraw consent at any time by emailing contact@maisonkelare.com; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.
- Technical logs: the legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site. Hosting systems may process IP addresses, request timestamps and browser information.
- Records required by law: compliance with applicable legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)).
Gold Book submissions are not published automatically. Separate permission will be requested before publication. We do not use these forms for automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
Who receives information?
KELARE administration handles client information. Netlify provides website hosting and form processing. Microsoft provides the Exchange Online email infrastructure within Microsoft 365. EVIDENCE, CNB Tecnologías and Minery Report share technical administration of the email accounts; this role may involve access needed for support and configuration.
Information may also be disclosed where legally required to competent authorities or to professional advisers where necessary. The site currently collects requests for a future newsletter; no separate newsletter sending platform is integrated.
Data location and international transfers
Microsoft 365 administration has confirmed that Exchange Online data at rest is currently located in Spain, within the EU/EFTA geography. This does not mean that every support operation or related processing takes place only in Spain.
Netlify and Microsoft operate international services. Where processing involves a transfer outside the EEA, the applicable provider arrangements use safeguards required by data protection law, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses or an applicable adequacy decision. You may ask KELARE for information about the safeguards relevant to your data. See Netlify’s Data Processing Agreement and Microsoft’s Data Protection Addendum.
How long we keep information
Inquiry and appointment information is kept while needed to handle the request and its follow-up. Private Circle information is kept while needed to manage the requested relationship; stories are kept while correspondence about the contribution remains relevant. Newsletter details are retained until you withdraw consent or the mailing list is discontinued.
After those purposes end, information is deleted or restricted except where necessary for legal obligations, the establishment or defense of claims, or a limited record of consent or an unsubscribe request. The applicable obligation and limitation period determine any further retention; records retained for those reasons are not reused for marketing.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may object to direct marketing at any time and withdraw consent. Email contact@maisonkelare.com or write to the address above, explaining your request. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity where necessary.
You can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), or another competent supervisory authority.
